FAQs

Why should I choose to work with you?

Linda has spent her career at the intersection of golf and movement, with a decade at Callaway Golf, a UK PGA coaching qualification, and specialist training with Body Control Pilates. Every session is built around how your body actually moves, so you'll see it in your swing, your consistency, and how you feel the next day.

I worry about my ability. Which option is best for me?

If you aren't sure where to begin, a private session allows Linda to assess your ability and recommend the best next steps for you. It's the easiest way to start, whatever your fitness level or golf experience.

Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?

No, everything is provided.

What do I wear and bring?

Comfortable, flexible clothing that you can move freely in. Socks must be worn.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full, as the slot will have been held for you.

“I thought Pilates was mainly for people who need rehabilitation after injury. Linda helped me understand moving correctly would help me stay injury free lifting heavy weights. Linda is patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable .”

“Really enjoyed yesterday’s class and managed to win my match convincingly, playing 3 shots under my handicap! If that’s the effect of doing Pilates beforehand, then I will become very keen indeed!”

“I went out to play straight after our pilates session. I ended up winning ! I feel a connection with my core muscles playing straight after pilates. A normal stretch before playing does not necessarily stimulate that connection in such an obvious way.”
