Attention golfers
Get flexible and strong
It’s never been easier to start your own personal fitness programme with Golf Pilates. You can access recorded videos to work on your flexibility and strength at home. If you have an injury or something specific you want to work on, please don’t hesitate to contact us first.
You can work with Linda virtually or in the studio. Private sessions help you focus, target muscle groups and change movement patterns. If virtual live group sessions are your thing we’ve got that too! Join us for a Pilates + Yoga workshop in the studio, go to the contact page to find out more.

Where to start
You can book an appointment, virtual or face to face, on the link below or go to the Book Now page to send an email. If you prefer to start on your own, scroll down for videos and courses. Pilates is not a quick fix. It works best as a programme and we suggest you set aside time for 5 to 10 sessions to learn the names of the exercises and how to perform them. If you get the bug and continue we’ll promise you that you will feel like a new person!
Programme
In 5 sessions you will learn techniques to keep your joints healthy, work the right muscle groups and increase flexibility. Your level of Pilates will depend on your current fitness level, existing injuries and how much time you spend to train the body.
After 10 sessions you will have more in-depth skills and start noticing different muscle tone, improvement in posture and alignment of joints. Linda is also happy to discuss your current golf-swing and any improvements or changes you are trying to make. Book private sessions or group classes to start.
