What makes Pilates different?

Target your deep postural muscles to build strength from the inside out and to get the body into correct alignment. It improves your posture!

Help reshape your body to become leaner and more toned. You are encouraged to breathe more efficiently by using your breath to expand and close the lower ribcage. Pilates focus on creating a strong ‘powerhouse’ of central muscles around the spine.
